The arrangement is a three month renewable Licence.The Licence rental quoted includes heating, lighting, electricity, weekly office clean, building insurance, council tax, water rates, cleaning of internal and external common parts, repairs and maintenance as well as furniture. Licence fees are payable by standing order, per calendar month in advance. Initial payment is to include a six week deposit (refundable subject to Licence conditions).
